No, related to the legal issues associated to not registering F-gas. You also may not have the tools required to do the installation properly, such as a vacuum pump or manifold, etc. If you decide to install anyway, you're limited to portable AC installations and systems that run on R290 (propane) refrigerant, a highly flammable and lower-efficiency than the most popular- currently R32.
